“Nice place to have cocktails. Prices in 2026 are around €11 per cocktail. Please note that there is no food available here, so it’s more of a drinks-only spot. You can pay by card, the staff knows English”

The wait time before getting serviced however, even with most tables empty, was quite unreasonable (20 minutes before we got to place our order, and then more than 30 minutes waiting for the drinks)”
“If you crave for good cocktails in Vlore "Mangala by WoW Cocktail Bar" is the place. Great ambience, wonderful vibes and excellent service. I am really fussy about cocktails and like when the Barman is open to improvisation and this place just leaves you saying "Wow" over and over again. I would just tell the waiter my taste/alcohol preferences and the barman would create on spot. The classic cocktail selection is also really good, as well as the shots. The waiter was extremely welcoming and friendly and helpful. He could speak English. And they accept payment by card. The music is nice and the atmosphere as well. You can enjoy your time with friends there. You can dance, as well as talk. Whichever you want. The music is not loud or disturbing or vulgar. The selection of songs is good. It is a place you will keep on returning over and over again. Just a note: I spent between 1000-1500 Lek, because I went for 2-3 cocktails and shots. If you go for one cocktail, you won't be needing that amount.”
