“A beautiful and historical place, offering a different side of the seaside city of Vlorë. The Monastery of Zvernec is peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it perfect for spending a relaxing afternoon. The atmosphere is calm, and the sunset there is absolutely amazing.”
“Amazing place, but not really prepared for tourists. A small monastery, quite anchient. Nice wooden bridge towards the monastery through the lake. During summertime water smells like fish. Parking lot is quite big and free. The same entrance to monastery. Just pitty that there is not possibility to go through the park behind monastery to the sea”
“An absolutely beautiful place to visit. Just a short drive from the city of Vlorë, this small island is connected by a bridge that leads to a historic monastery. The best time to visit is in the evening, just before sunset, when the views are simply breathtaking. A truly stunning spot that is well worth a visit.”
“There are a few hungry stray dogs around, so if you can, bring some food for them. The place itself is beautiful. The monastery and the surrounding area are absolutely worth a visit and have a really peaceful feel to them. The only downside was that the car park area was quite dirty, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.”
